Introduction to Workplace Safety

This course provides a concise and easily accessible overview of the essentials of workplace health and safety, knowledge that is essential for individuals who are responsible for managing a team. It is designed for team leaders, managers and specialists who are not qualified Workplace Health and Safety as well as officers and individuals who have a management or team responsibility to be aware of safety considerations for their business unit.

Note: This course is intended as a concise overview only. It is not designed to provide certification as a Workplace Health and Safety Officer or Workplace Health and Safety Representative.

Risk Assessment and Management

Become familiar with the concepts of risk management and understand how to approach risk assessment and management in your organisation. This course is designed for team leaders, managers and specialists who are not qualified Workplace Health and Safety Officers. It is also ideal for individuals requiring a ‘refresher' on the process of hazard and risk identification.


Advanced Business Course

TCI's advanced business courses set the scene for supervisory and middle management roles. They explore the essential topics of leadership of self and teams, commercial business focus and making sound business decisions as well as to plan and prioritise workplace projects and the busy staff member's day, week and month.


Creating a safe Workplace

An understanding of the duty of care required of all supervisors is an essential aspect of the provision of a safe workplace environment. This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and understanding of a safe work environment to plan and implement appropriate practices in your workplace.
